**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
We are a well established Wealth Advisory and Asset Management Firm in Asia Pacific.

We are now seeking a highly driven and dynamic individual to join our Operations team. The role offers the opportunity for growth and self-development within a rapidly growing business environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all matters relating to funds and private markets operations of the Company
- Provide support to Financial Advisors in all matters relating to clients and prospective clients relating to funds and private markets operations ranging from client queries and any ad hoc requests
- Responsible for new onshore and/or offshore funds set up and launch including but not limited to review of funds' legal documentation, incorporation documents, agreements with various service providers, bank and broker account opening etc
- Responsible for set up of structures for private markets products/referrals
- Coordinate with all relevant service providers (legal counsel, corporate secretary, administrator, auditor, tax agent, banker etc) for all matters relating to funds and private markets products/referrals
- Maintain full log of trade settlement tasks and activities of the funds and/or private market products
- Liaise with Administrators and Corporate Secretaries for ongoing reporting and any other matters of the funds and/or private market products
- Assist with annual audits of the funds and/or structures (where necessary)
- Responsible for all ongoing requirements and obligations of the funds and private markets products including but not limited to tax reporting, ACRA reporting etc
- Work closely with the Client Servicing Team to ensure alignment and efficiency between both streams on all processes and client matters
- Actively support the governance team with all necessary inputs required for Company to meet strategic goals
- Improve and enhance the efficiency of current internal control systems and operational procedures
- Ensure the operational processes are performed in compliance with the Company's policy and regulatory requirements
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Foster team work and positively contribute towards the dynamics of the team
- General administrative support to Financial Advisors as and when required
- Lead / assist in any ad hoc projects as necessary

- High standards of ethics and conduct; ensures confidentiality of Clients’ assets & information
- Fosters team work and positively contributes towards the dynamics of the team and the quality of its output
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in preparing worksheets and documents
- Ability to identify and resolve issues and escalate as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task and operate in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of the industry regulations, best practices and applicable compliance requirements will be an added advantage
- Academic or Professional qualifications with specialization in Finance, although not a prerequisite, will be preferred
