**Job Description**:
1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.

2. Collaborate with product managers, UIUX designers, data scientists and business stakeholders to understand project requirements, define technical solutions, and prioritize features to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

3. Architect and design software systems, including APIs, databases, and infrastructure components, leveraging best practices and design patterns.

4. Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and techniques, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

5. Manage onshore and offshore engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback to foster their growth and development.

6. Proactively identify technical challenges and propose creative solutions, balancing short-term needs with long-term scalability and maintainability.

7. Stay abreast of the latest technologies, trends, and tools in software development, advocating for their adoption and integration into our projects.

8. Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, passion for technology, and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

9. Communicate project status, technical challenges, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#, along with experience with relevant frameworks and libraries.

4. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with the ability to architect scalable and maintainable solutions.

5. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

6. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and guide junior engineers.

7. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

8. Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning, with a drive to stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in software development.

9. Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
