1. Coordinate and schedule shipments, including liaising with carriers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
2. Manage transportation, distribution, and delivery to ensure timely and cost-effective logistics solutions
3. Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support
4. Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of records
5. Collaborating with sales, administrative and warehouse teams to fulfill and deliver orders according to customer specifications, including preparing delivery orders
6. Willing to go for a hands-on approach to ensure smooth and efficient operations
7. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to negotiate rates and improve logistics performance
8. Foster a customer-focused culture, ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient logistics processes

**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field or experience in logistics operations
2. At least 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
3. Strong leadership skills
4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
7. Knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics best practices
8. Good administrative skills, observant and has initiative
9. Proactive, with a positive and can-do attitude
10. Good to have driving license

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
