**️‍ ️ Your Main Quest**:
We're looking for a teammate passionate about creating great people experiences, from the first interaction through to onboarding new staff.
- Develop exceptional talent processes to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent Drive content and engagement to build an excellent employer brand
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to anticipate hiring needs of the business Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Work in collaboration with leaders across the business
- Understand and communicate current talent market trends to inform business decisions
- You don’t miss a beat learning on the go and picking up new skills as needed to deliver the outcomes you’re after to help get things off the ground

**Requirements**:

- 3-8 years experience in managing end-to-end recruitment
- Deep understanding of recruitment processes to design, implement, and iterate on processes
- Proficient in at least one leading ATS to evaluate options and make an informed recommendation to help power the future talent system choices for the business
- Enthusiastic problem-solver ready and willing to take on challenges as needed to help the business scale sustainably
- Agile, adaptable, and able set course independently and in collaboration with leaders
- Passionate learner; driven and resourceful
- Strong communicator
- Location: Singapore or Remote
