The HR Officer reports to the Senior Manager, HR & Business. This position is the behind-the scenes collaorators and colleagues whose main job responsibilities are focused on helping to accomplish HR-related tasks. They are iinvolved with nearly all programs and services that relate to the company's human resources division. Their work, carries out responsibilities in the following areas,
- Medical arrangement for foreign employees
- Courses arrangement
- Check and update monthly roster, time attendance and leave records for Operations
- Provide general administrative & operational support to the Operation Officer, Executive & Manager
- Update monthly headcount details (Foreigner)
- Create & update foreign employee data in Payroll System & foreign
- Maintain employee data listing
- Submit relevant bills to account department
- Flight arrangement & booking
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
- With minimum 2 years experience in payroll syste
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR/Business Administration or equivalent
- Perferably Junior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft office
- Meticulous and responsible
- Positive work attitude, team player, good interpersonal skills and ability to mutli-task
