We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to replace in their Singapore office. Role Overview The HR Officer will play a key role in executing end-to-end HR functions while supporting business needs across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who is hands‐on, organised, and eager to work in a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, and off‐boarding Support day‐to‐day HR operations and serve as a point of contact for staff queries Maintain and update HR records, HRIS data, and employee documentation Coordinate performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives Assist with payroll inputs and ensure accurate processing of HR‐related transactions Support employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and internal communications Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement efforts Requirements Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably within the financial services industry or a fast‐paced corporate environment Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and employment legislation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‐time Job Function Human Resources #J-18808-Ljbffr
