Your Challenge
- Understand IoT systems including connectivity standards, hardware requirements and installation standards together with development team
- Develop, execute and oversee installation and integration of (sensor) hardware at customer locations
- Provide trainings, manage external service providers and continuously improve quality standards
- Investigate methods and develop standards to increase process efficiency and simplify installations
- Responsible for operations monitoring, inventory planning and supply chain management
- Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain and analyze problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development
- Analyze and investigate product quality complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
- Work closely with Product Owner, Product Engineer, Software Engineer and Sales during development, deployment and operation of IoT systems
Your Profile:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering preferred
Experience /

**Required Skills**:

- Engineering experience preferably in the building technology industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing and quality assurance best practices
- Strong affinity to (digital) technology. Experience with software or firmware a plus
- Flexible and self-driven working attitude: agile and responsive to change
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
