**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Update product and price list using Sage 300.
- Check, process and monitor billings and orders.
- Create new forms using excel when required.
- Track and update inventory in system.
- Any tasks as and when assigned by line manager.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum GCE “O”/”N” Levels, NITEC in Office Skills or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Excel & MS outlook.
- Bilingual in both English & Chinese to handle Chinese written invoices and co-ordination with mandarin speaking staff.
- Meticulous and accuracy in data entry.
- Fast learner and is a team player.
- Experience with Sage 300 will be of advantage.
- Familiarity with fresh produce will be a bonus (fruits, vegetables, seafood) or working experience dealing with supermarkets.
- 5-day work week, Mondays to Fridays.
