We are looking for a skilled and seasoned **Data Director **to join our team and lead the development of data-driven solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to build a high-performing team that is dedicated to delivering innovative and effective solutions that meet our customers' needs.
- Develop and implement advanced data-driven solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Lead a team of data scientists and analysts, optimizing campaign performance.
- Champion campaign effectiveness and drive the development of data-driven strategies.
- Build team morale and motivation by recruiting, coaching, and supporting team members to achieve excellence.
- Act as a thought leader, initiating programs to advance team skills and knowledge.
- Advocate for the use of consumer analytics within the agency and play a pivotal role in representing the data team during business pitches and presentations.

**Qualifications**
- At least 12 years of experience in a data or analytics role, ideally within an agency or consultancy
- Expertise in SQL, enabling efficient analysis of large consumer data sets and the extraction of actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of data collection and analysis using analytical models, particularly in Python, within a cloud-based environment.
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts and exposure to data engineering practices.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and analytics solutions into clear insights for broader teams.
- Demonstrated ability to develop data-driven solutions that transform insights into marketing strategies.
- Proven leadership experience in building and managing teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
