**Offset Printing Operator**

**Join our production team**We are looking for a skilled and dedicated **Offset Printing Operator**to take ownership of our press operations. If you thrive on precision, technical troubleshooting, and delivering flawless print quality, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

As our Offset Printing Operator, you will be the core driver of our pressroom's success, focusing on efficiency, quality, and machine performance.

**1. Operation & Setup Mastery**
- **Execute full press setup**, including mounting plates, calibrating ink fountains, setting precise registration, and efficiently loading paper and materials.
- **Operate and manage**offset printing presses to produce materials that meet exact job specifications and client expectations.
- **Monitor machine operations**continuously, quickly troubleshooting and resolving any issues to maximize press uptime and maintain smooth production flow.

**2. Quality Assurance & Maintenance**
- **Conduct rigorous quality checks**throughout the run, ensuring accurate color reproduction, perfect alignment, and consistent finishing quality.
- **Maintain equipment integrity**by performing routine cleaning, maintenance, and minor mechanical repairs on the printing press.
- **Uphold safety standards**by ensuring a clean and safe working environment in full compliance with company policies.

**3. Collaboration & Efficiency**
- **Collaborate closely**with the Prepress and Finishing departments to ensure seamless handoffs and timely job completion across the entire workflow.
- **Manage production metrics**by keeping accurate records of output, materials consumption, and press performance.
- **Optimize efficiency**by strictly adhering to production schedules while actively working to minimize material waste.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Proven Experience**:Demonstrated, hands-on experience as an Offset Printing Operator, with a solid history of operating commercial offset machines.
- **Technical Aptitude**:Basic knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repair of printing equipment.
- **Detail-Oriented**:Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing high-quality, precise output.
- **Teamwork & Pace**:Ability to manage tasks independently and thrive as a critical part of a cohesive team in a demanding, fast-paced production environment.
- **Flexibility**:Willingness and availability to work overtime and extended shifts as production schedules require.
