**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate printing machines (e.g., offset) based on job specifications and production schedules.
- Select and load materials such as paper, ink, and plates into the printing machine.

- Monitor the printing process to ensure that products meet quality standards, including color consistency, print alignment, and finish quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of printed materials and adjust machine settings as necessary to maintain print quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any print defects or issues that arise during the printing process.
- Perform routine maintenance on printing machines, including cleaning and lubricating parts, replacing ink, and ensuring machine components are functioning properly.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs.
- Keep detailed records of machine maintenance and any malfunctions.
- Ensure machines are running efficiently to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Monitor material usage and order supplies to prevent production delays.
- Adhere to safety and environmental standards during production and machine operation.
- Work closely with production supervisors, quality control, and other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.Report any issues or concerns regarding production timelines or machine performance to the supervisor.
- **Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or related training is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role within the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes and equipment (e.g., offset).
- Familiarity with printing inks, materials, and color matching.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
- Understanding of safety procedures in a production environment.
