-Family Group: Administration**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain documentation to ensure that the institution and its residency programmes fulfil their institutional accreditation, responsibilities and commitment for graduate medical education;
- Liaise between NHG Residency and the various stakeholders of professional bodies and institutions;
- Coordinate the education internal reviews;
- Plan and organise site visits exercises and other accreditation activities; and
- Ensure effective implementation of institutional policies and processes.

The Executive (Accreditation) would also be provided with opportunities to be involved in other intra
- and inter-departmental projects to achieve the institution's vision, mission and strategic objectives. This would be done by matching the aspirations and competence of the Executive to the needs of the projects.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

**(a) Education/Training/Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
- Prior work experience in the education administration or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English

**(b) Personal Attributes**
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Good organizational skills
- Team player with a pleasant personality
