Our products enable self-driving cars, help save tons of CO2, and allow contactless (and secure) credit cards payments. Joining the International Graduate Program (IGP) will give you the big picture of Infineon: Over the course of 18 months, you have at least three different assignments - one of them abroad By working in different departments, you can get an idea of what suits you best. From the beginning, you’ll have a chance to roll-up your sleeves and take on challenging tasks. Besides that, you have the opportunity to build strong global relationships across sites, functions and departments, and to meet the global IGP community face to face and at virtual conferences. And if that isn’t enough, you’ll have permanent employee status from the start.

In your new role you will:

- Responsible and maintain a group of Automated Test Equipment (Tester &Handler).
- Drive & Improve equipment uptime performance to achieve target equipment efficiency.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance improvement program to maintain equipment stability.
- Enabling effective & efficient equipment spare part management
- Impart equipment knowledge and skill to shopfloor team to develop strong skilled maintenance team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve major breakdown equipment.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Degree in Mechatronic/Electronics/Electrical Engineering ~0-1 yearexperience and knowledge in Test Equipment
- Technically sound and strong desire to build up technical competency
- Passionate in problem solving and hands on
- Project management experience and proactive communicator to providetimely update to various stakeholder.
