- Follow a 12 month development plan created for Graduate Surveyor Program
- Shadow and work alongside experience seniors to gain hands-on experience on the following:

- Conduct on-site inspections to assess defects, workmanship, verify progress, and identify potential issues early.
- Compile sharp, professional reports (complete with photos, notes, and technical observations) that clients and senior management trust for decision-making.
- Tender procurement
- Monitor project milestones and timelines, ensuring works are progressing according to schedule and scope.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to clarify findings and push for timely resolutions.
- Documentation and reporting for clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with mentors to develop skills in problem solving, decision making and leadership.
- Gain deep understanding of building surveying and build a successful career in building surveying and project management.
