The Executive, **Fleet Controller**is responsible for the efficient coordination, monitoring, and management of the company’s fleet operations. This role ensures optimal utilization of assets, accurate tracking of equipment movements, and timely communication with internal teams and external partners. The incumbent plays a critical role in maintaining up-to-date inventory records, overseeing the repositioning of equipment, and supporting logistics planning. The Executive also ensures compliance with operational procedures, cost accuracy, and timely resolution of issues related to fleet performance and customer requirements.

**Job Description：**
- Update and maintain accurate inventory records at all times.
- Track the in-and-out movements of all tanks across regions, including laden exports, empty repos, and tank returns at the point of delivery (POD).
- Ensure timely sharing of available inventory data with the sales team.
- Ensure that laden tanks returned to the depot are cleaned and ready for the next order.
- Plan and monitor the movement of empty repos.
- Reposition tanks from regions with mínimal or no laden exports back to the base port, including monitoring destinations requiring transshipment.
- Ensure all costings are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with POD agents to ensure they are informed of incoming shipments and monitor the agent's process to ensure timely handling.
- Oversee demurrage collection at POD.
- Coordinate with agents to collect demurrage charges from consignees for late tank returns at POD.
- Work with the SOA team to issue demurrage invoices on a monthly basis or on a case-by-case basis for specific jobs or agents.
