SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Global People Operations leader will lead the development and implementation of Maxeon’s HR service delivery model to enable the “onboarding to retire processes” to be consistently executed across all sites globally. This will require the identification and implementation of global HR transformation projects to enable this change. The position will focus on providing exceptional HR service delivery while developing and increasing process efficiencies, productivity, and standardization. For the incumbent to be successful they will interact with multiple stakeholders and teams from different regions to understand business needs and strategic priorities, establish standards and practices, harmonize service delivery requirements, drive improvements when required, utilize the HR service delivery capabilities, enabling HR Center of Expertise (COE), Regional HR leaders and Global Business Partners to fulfill and manage their strategic roles and responsibilities. The role will fulfill and instill a continuous process improvement mindset at all levels of the HR organization.

**Minimum Experience**:
Minimum 12 to 15 years of experience of depth content knowledge and working exposure in human resource areas such as business partnership, rewards, talent acquisition, and HR Shared services. Prior experience leading global HR transformation & technology implementation, especially the establishment of a Shared Services model and change management to support the implementation. Prior experience in a BPO environment (in HR or another discipline) is preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and a creative problem solver with a focused drive for continuous improvement; capable of managing multiple projects and priorities and ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated analytical skills to measure performance, support decision-making, develop action plans, and execute to improve performance. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships and influence across a matrixed environment. Able to influence “up and down” to achieve project objectives (i.e. soliciting and reconciling feedback from multiple sources) and build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. Experience in identifying and implementing process and/or technology changes to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness Prior experience with project management approaches and tools

**Minimum Education**: Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in Human Resources, management, or any business-related courses. A Master’s of MBA is an advantage but not required
Formal Project or Change Management related certification, PROSCI preferred
LEAN / six-sigma certification
