**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering of incoming phone calls promptly
- Attend to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Liaise with Building Management and vendors on office facilities related matters
- Perform under supervision the purchase & issue PO of office supplies (stationery, pantry items, plants etc.)
- Upkeep & Control of Meeting room booking
- Maintain office phone directory & handle cheque recording
- Assist with In-house event logistic setup on when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Mininum GCE ‘O’ levels
- Preferably with 5yrs relevant experience as receptionist/ customer service
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word (intermediate level)
- Pleasant personality, proactive, team player, trainable and able to work independently
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment with work pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines
- Analytical skills, flexible and adaptable
