**Responsibilities**:
Location Strategy Project / Program Management and Support
- Drive and deliver the objectives for Project Phoenix under the TACO 3.0 umbrella with end-to-end project execution accountability in the following areas:
a) Program Management Office (PMO)
- Program management & reporting
- Provide senior-level Steering Committee updates
- Facilitate and coordinate working group level updates across functional areas and/or workstreams
- Anticipate, identify and resolve all project-related issues

b) Demand Management & Operating Model
- Develop a framework for DAH3 roles & target operating model
- Work with Line of Business Tech Units to identify demand by phase/stage of the project

c) Talent & Supply Management
- Identify sources of talent supplies working with HR & GPS
- Management talent pipeline & vendor contracts
- Manage ongoing engagement with key vendor partner(s) to ensure mínimal disruption to delivery (including areas outside of talents/resources, such as tech infra items)

d) Transition, Financial & Regulatory Management
- Develop transition plans incl. training, knowledge transfer, work-shadowing, etc.
- Liaise with & manage regulatory requirements
- Manage/support billing and intragroup charging processes with Finance
- Update project budget (when required) and report SCM saves
- Ability to work in a cross-functional setup with other key stakeholders such as Line-of-Business Tech Units, HR, Finance, GPS, Legal & Compliance, etc., as well as independently in a consultative project management role
- Co-ordinate necessary meetings at both strategic and tactical levels, including developing meeting agenda and materials required
- Preparation of periodic and ad-hoc presentations to senior management
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that reports are on-time, standard and fit-for-purpose

**Other Transformation and Improvement Initiatives**
- Provide data analytics support, integrated reporting, and regular actionable insights
- Ensure up-to-date documentation and maintenance of all MIS-related requirements, definitions, processes, templates, and data
- Provide support for other related initiatives within Tech COO as required

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder with 6+ years of relevant working experience in program management of strategic initiatives in a financial institution or technology company
- Meticulous and hands-on, yet able to synthesize, summarize and present issues for senior management decision-making
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage teams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be analytical, solution-oriented, and be able to manage multiple and competing priorities; able to multi-task and take on different types of roles and activities at the same time, whilst able to track and stick to timelines diligently
- Proficient with Office365 tools, especially PowerPoint for presentations and Excel for data analysis
- Great interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to interface with working level as well as senior leaders to develop win-win solutions
