**How is this different from Financial Advisory?**

General Insurance focuses on the more “compulsory” aspect of insurance. Things like:

- Fire Insurance (important, given the rising number of fires in Singapore recently)
- Travel insurance - almost a guaranteed for people to buy one before they fly
- Car insurance - again, a must to buy

These are just some examples. In many ways, General Insurance is actually much, much simpler to sell. That means the barrier to entry is lower for you (and easier to succeed if you do it right).

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
