You’ll accomplish this being a key individual in the project team, dedicated to planning and monitoring multiple projects from beginning to end.

You’ll work closely with the Client and project delivery teams to make sure the agreed plans stay on track throughout the entire project lifecycle. This may include mediation between stakeholders and other teams to prevent diversions and keep the project objectives on track.

Having one eye on the project and keeping the team on track by being actively involved is key. We achieve are biggest success when working together, so clear communication and influencing skills is key, as is collaboration and teamwork.

**What this job involves**:
Provide a single point of coordination & line of escalation for all employee services & vendor management to the client's regional FM Team.

Remote control and drive a strong facilities operational focus, ability to interface with other service lines and dedicated single stream reporting across all Data Centre sites (class B & C facility assets) in APAC.

Oversight of client office facilities, coordinate facility works, and monitor activities of ad-hoc services/projects whilst ensuring client's policies and all relevant local legislation across all locations are met.

Work with JLL local facility managers /LSPOC to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual regional reporting (QBR), including site & vendor performance.

Accountable for contract financial performance and risk management at a regional level.

Support client's Business Continuity Planning, CSR awareness and Health & Safety management procedures.

Drive continuous improvement & innovation initiatives including 'value for money' strategies for delivering the service.

Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations.

Ensure to take appropriate planning measures with all clients to reassess, renegotiate and amend the scope of work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets.

Ensure services (SOW) alignment within JLL.

Assist with implementation and ongoing management of the risk management programs and ensure all incident reports (if any) are timely reported to client.

Report to Group Account Director and present information for internal meetings through the Account.

Must be able to work in a fast-track environment with facility management experience preferred

A professional qualification in real estate or facilities management with 5+ year’s facility management experience, preferably in critical environments/data centres.

Experience driving OSHA-compliant safety programs and maintaining environmental compliance related to facility operations (Air, Water, Waste Management).

Experience in supporting compliant Environmental, Health and Safety training program related to facility management operations.

Strong Account management, interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.

Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.

Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Basic knowledge of CMMS and Purchase Order Process.

Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.

Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze.
