- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market changes.

- Oversee the budget allocation and resource planning for marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources while meeting business objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in the fashion retail industry, with strong leadership qualities and effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- Able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
