**Your new company**
A market leader in the healthcare industry is looking for a Finance Controller to join their fast-growing organization.
**Your new role**
This is a newly created role, whereby you will drive the firm's operating and financial performance through complex data gathering and analysis to develop cost management strategies. This involves the preparation of timely and accurate performance reports for the firm's growth plans, as well as liasing with key stakeholders for accurate costing information to aid in decision-making. You will also be responsible for organisational wide controls improvement processes as well as overseeing regulatory and risk management initiatives to ensure that strategic objectives are met.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You should be a qualified accountant (CA or CPA) and have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance. Other than having at least 10 years of relevant finance business partnering experience, you should ideally come from Big4 Audit background with commercial finance. US GAAP background would be a plus. Lastly, you should have excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
