What you can expect

An exciting Position has opened on the APAC Global Accounting & Reconciliation Team within Global Operations. As a member of the Team, you will prepare daily / monthly reconciliations including month-end balance sheet attestation. Partake in tactical and strategic projects focused on improving the reconciliation space, executing controls to reduce risk across the recon utility, and overall support of the operating model. You will support the local Reconciliation team in delivering and/or implementing changes related to Global Operations projects that impact that directly or indirectly impact team. Support Operations teammates across the Globe by responding to queries related to processes performed by the team. Liaise with our Reconciliation colleagues in India to solve problems and deliver for our Internal Clients.

What you will do
- You will serve as a reconciliation team member contributing to daily BAU production work through the completion of responsible Reconciliations.
- You will contribute to reducing risks and driving operational excellence in the reconciliation space
- Contribute to Audit Requests related to Reconciliations performed
- Assist with Month End Balance Sheet Attestation
- Manage group mailbox and ensure queries are responded to in timely manner
- Assist with Month End Vault Counts
