**Position Overview**
As a Volunteer at Mireia Singapore Vanilla, you will play a valuable role in supporting our mission of sustainable farming, education, and community engagement. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to nature, learn about vanilla cultivation, and be part of a meaningful cause.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Farm Support**:Assist with planting, pruning, and maintaining vanilla vines under the guidance of our team.
Participate in hand-pollination of vanilla flowers and harvesting vanilla beans during the season.
Help with general farm upkeep, including weeding, watering, and organizing tools.

**Community Engagement**:Support educational farm tours and workshops by sharing insights with visitors and participants.
Participate in community outreach activities to promote sustainability and awareness of Mireia’s mission.

**Eco-Friendly Practices**:Engage in composting and waste management efforts to maintain sustainable farming practices.
Help implement green initiatives, such as recycling programs or creating eco-friendly displays.

**Event Assistance**:Assist in setting up and running farm-to-table events, exhibitions, or promotional activities.
Provide a welcoming environment for guests and answer basic questions about Mireia Singapore Vanilla.
