We are looking for a Business Controller to provide timely and accurate reporting and analysis to support a factbased decision making process.

**A day in the life of...**:

- Co-pilot to the Business Manager: providing insight and strongly supporting a fact based decision making process, based on current business environment & specialist financial knowledge and by challenging new strategies & new projects, as well as the status quo.
- To ensure compliance/ provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
- To ensure complaince /provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
- Organize and perform PEC activities in the Business Unit - ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of accounting / financial data input, as well as relevance and authenticity of supporting documentation.
- Tracks and reports on monthly P&L (e.g. PFME, TTS and FOE spend) - identify variances against budgets and forecasts, thoroughly investigates and diagnoses root causes, then takes appropriate action on material variances and escalate where needed.
- Analyze the product portfolio to identify Value Destroyers, perform ROIC and cost optimization analysis on the business where needed.
- As part of the MBS process, perform financial simulations and scenario analysis based on relevant assumptions, business inputs and strategy.
- Support Business Innovation and Renovation pipeline by providing financial analysis and preparing VCS.

**What will make you successful**:

- Having filled one or several career steps in F&C, where the individual held responsibility over a team and with MANCOM exposure
- Prior experience in Accounting / Finance function (e.g. Sales, Factory or Supply Chain Controller)
- Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience
- Experience within a network organization (internal and external providers)
- Degree in Business / Finance and/or Accountancy Qualification
- Proficiency in English
