**Job Purpose**

This is a role which supports the business in managing corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management related to the company's financial activities. The key objective of this role will be to contribute to the delivery of maximizing risk-adjusted investment returns for the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in work processes relating to treasury, financing and tax related aspects for investment transactions
- Collate, follow monitor and ensure conditions required to complete the transaction or financing are met timely
- Co-ordinate with internal and external corporate service providers to set up appropriate holding structures for new transactions or liaise with banks for opening of bank accounts
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment
- Monitor loan portfolios and the underlying loan covenants, latest lending costs, foreign currency fluctuations and credit liquidity outlook
- Work with bank counterparties/ colleagues to resolve issues with regards to treasury operations/ accounting/ reporting matters
- Prepare quarterly reporting packs
- Project manage any ad-hoc assignments from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA
- 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in the Corporate Finance function in real estate private equity or REITs will be an added advantage;
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation and interpersonal skills;
- A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed oriented, organized and able to learn quickly, independently with strong analytical skills;
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skill and ability to interact well with different functions and levels.
- Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
