We prohibit Discrimination and Harassment of any kind and our policies promote equal employment opportunity for all employees and applicants, irrespective of, but not limited to their gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, colour, national origin, age, religion, social status, mental or physical disabilities, veteran status etc. As a global Bank, we truly believe that inclusion and diversity of our teams is key to our success in serving our clients and the communities we operate in. **What is this position about?** To provide loan administrative support to the corporate loan portfolio as assigned by the Team Head **What would be your typical day at BNPP Paribas look like?** Fast pace, challenging and never a boring moment at work **Primary Role Responsibilities** Instructs Offshore Team on a timely basis all loan/fee related transactions after ensuring and checking that the borrower’s/agent’s instructions are in line with the Facility Agreement, Credit Facility Letter and the completion of all processing prechecks as required in the Bank’s policy/procedures; Ensures that all related loan transaction related systems/ dashboards/ databases are properly updated in an accurate and timely manner before datelines; Ensures that all loan administrative matters/ queries/ reporting with different stakeholders ie facility agent, treasury, finance, business teams, loan syndication team are attended to on a timely basis; Checks reports for the equity portfolio on a daily basis and raise the relevant instruction forms/ entries to custodian /Offshore team when there are equity activities; To attend to the timely payment of credit/ shipping insurance premiums when payments are due for selected accounts; To provide loan transaction history/ insurance coverage portion to GPS team/credit teams at each month end for selected accounts; **Other contributions** Assist in the processing of audit confirmation fees; Update weekly management statics for management; Update aviation portfolio data in the bank’s systems when necessary; Any adhoc process improvement projects/ UAT testing/tasks as assigned by the Team Head. **What is required for you to succeed?** Ability to work under tight deadline independently and yet able to produce accurate and quality work; Able to distinguish and prioritize urgency and importance and organize work accordingly; Positive and determined attitude and a fast learner to do the job; Have an inquiring mind and mindful of operational risk involved **Required education/certification/licenses** Bachelor Degree or equivalent Associate Level: at least 5 years relevant experience; Analyst : max 2 year relevant experience Proficient with Excel must be able to write simple formulas, create macros and deal with data extraction and comparisons **PRIMARY LOCATION** **SG-06-Singapore** **JOB TYPE** **Standard / Permanent** **JOB** **OPERATION PROCESSING** **EDUCATION LEVEL** **Bachelor Degree or equivalent (>= 3 years)** **EXPERIENCE LEVEL** **At least 3 years** **REFERENCE** **ITO002450** **APPLY** *** - (REF: ITO002450)
