We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective content that align with our brand's objectives and resonate with our target audience. You will play a crucial role in video and graphic production, driving brand awareness, engagement, and business growth through compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop compelling content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and other social media platforms to communicate key brand messages and product/service benefits.
- Shoot, edit and create concise, attention-grabbing, and persuasive videos and image ads that captivates the audience, while adhering to brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Brainstorm with the marketing team, write and edit engaging content for social media posts, captions, hashtags, and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including strategists, to ensure the development and implementation of digital campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, conducting research to inform content creation and optimization strategies.
- Develop visually compelling and cohesive digital assets that align with the content and overall campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance, identify trends, and propose recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, their preferences, and behaviours to tailor content and campaigns effectively.
- Proofread and ensure accuracy of all copy, including grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand guidelines.

**Qualifications:**

Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Proven track record as a content producer / designer in social media or advertising agencies, with at least 3 years of experience.

Demonstrated success in creating compelling, engaging, and results-driven advertising content for various platforms.

Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.

Knowledge of SEO/SEM strategies and their implementation to drive content visibility and ranking will be a plus point.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to optimize content performance.

Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas for content creation and campaigns.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

A passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices in content strategy and digital marketing.
