**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research & Lead Generation**: Identify potential markets, customers, and partnerships in the Hong Kong region. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and digital platforms.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored Odoo ERP solutions.
- **Sales & Business Development**: Achieve sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Present Odoo ERP features and benefits, conduct product demonstrations, and close sales deals.
- **Consultative Selling**: Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements, providing them with the best-fit Odoo ERP solutions to address their pain points.
- **Proposal & Contract Management**: Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure seamless contract management with prospective clients.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**: Work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
- **Networking & Industry Events**: Attend relevant industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to promote Odoo ERP and stay updated with market trends.

**Qualification**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the software or ERP industry.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of Odoo ERP solutions, their modules, and capabilities. Knowledge of CRM, Sales, Accounting, Inventory, and other Odoo modules is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
- **Negotiation & Persuasion**: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- **Self-Starter**: Ability to work independently, with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities.
- **Team Player**: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and company growth.
- **UAE Market Knowledge**: Prior experience or knowledge of the Hong Kong market and business culture is an advantage.
