**About the Role**:
PitchBook’s Managing Director will lead and support the continued growth of our APAC offices. As the Managing Director, you will be responsible for achieving PitchBook’s goals and key milestones for our APAC team. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead office communication, strategy, and ensure alignment between global cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success and Marketing.

**Primary Job Responsibilities**:

- Lead PitchBook APAC’s growth and revenue strategy including: new client acquisition, client retention, marketing execution, recruiting, and P&L responsibility
- Lead and mentor PitchBook APAC managers and team leads. Provide coaching and feedback to ensure teams and individuals achieve their goals
- Manage business and day-to-day operations for the APAC offices including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Marketing
- Effectively lead company communications for PitchBook APAC, ensuring that information is shared between offices and global teams
- Develop a high-performing culture that lives our PitchBook values and that emphasizes collaboration, continuous improvement and excellence
- Act as a liaison between local leaders at our parent company and PitchBook
- Support the vision and values of the company through role modeling and encouraging desired behaviors
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 5-7 years’ previous experience leading high-performing teams that achieve business goals with a focus on new business and client rentention
- Established record of implementing sales and retention strategies to achieve business objectives
- Ability to mentor and develop next-level leaders
- Ability to unite and and inspire a team behind company-level goals and strategy
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skils
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite including in-depth knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel with the ability to pick up new systems and software easily
