**About the job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Marketing Automation:

- Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot).
- Build and manage complex workflows for lead routing, segmentation, and personalized messaging.
- Ensure high data quality and integrity within the marketing automation platform.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, and conversions).
- MarTech Integration:

- Integrate marketing automation platforms with other MarTech tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, AdTech).
- Develop and maintain seamless data flows and system integrations.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Create dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Leverage data to identify audience trends, improve segmentation, and personalize marketing efforts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to understand business goals and translate them into automation strategies.
- Provide clear communication on project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Training & Support:

- Provide hands-on training and support to internal teams on marketing automation best practices.
- Maintain internal documentation and a knowledge base for MarTech tools and workflows.
- MarTech Strategy & Optimization:

- Lead the implementation and customization of new MarTech platforms (e.g., CRM, CDP, DMP, AdTech).
- Oversee testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimizations for MarTech workflows.

**Requirement and Qualification**:

- 5+ years in marketing automation, MarTech project management, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).
- Proven expertise in integrating MarTech tools with CRM, CMS, and other platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MarTech ecosystems (CRM, CDP, DMP, and AdTech).
- Proficiency in creating automation workflows and managing integrations.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
