**Task**:
We are currently seeking one Assistant Vice President for our Structured Corporate Finance team as a short term appointment based in Singapore. This team sits within our global loans business and provides analytical support for more event driven financing transactions, including mergers and acquisitions among others. The role will be based in Singapore for a duration of 2 months.

As an Assistant Vice President, you will assist senior bankers in developing ideas and data for presentations to existing and potential clients. Main tasks will include:

- Develop and lead the presentation of high-quality pitch materials backed by in-depth analysis and thinking
- Build detailed financial forecasting, valuation, and credit rating models
- Conduct credit analysis and lead internal credit approval processes
- Manage the workflow of the team’s analysts and develop a training program to ensure that high quality work is produced

**Profile**:

- 4+ years of relevant professional experience within Loans Origination and Corporate Finance
- Solid understanding of credit ratings methodologies (both Moody’s and S&P)
- Proven financial modelling experience and prior credit research experience
- Fluency in English is required with good oral presentation skills. Any additional European language advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Must have the right to work and live in Singapore
