**What are we looking for?**

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our high flying International Talent team - focussed on APJ growth You'll partner with leaders across the globe to deliver on hiring goals, process improvement activities as well as generally being an awesome, involved team member with the wider International & Global teams. You need to be cool, calm and efficient during hiring peaks & adopt a proactive hunting mindset at all times, constantly engaging with the market, telling our story.

**What will you do?**
- Conduct a regular cadence of meetings with key stakeholders
- Manage local reporting - evolving how we present data to our client groups
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
- Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes

**What skills and experience should you bring?**
- 7+ years of experience in recruiting across multiple functions (GTM, Support & Services preferable)
- Experienced recruiting in the APJ region with strong market knowledge (Aus, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan - to name a few key countries for us)
- A high sense of urgency & care about your work
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc)
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker. You know the playbook but you're not limited by it
- A positive attitude: you're a team player and you work effectively with different teams
- Proven organisational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Experience at a start-up or in a scrappy, fast-moving culture is a must, cyber security experience a plus
