Dear Administrators, We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centre in the North Area, **Admiralty (Woodlands Galaxy CC)**. - (Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us)_ Key Responsibilities: - Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services. - Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection. - Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management. We welcome you to join us, and will offer you: - A Happy, Positive & Cheerful environment, because life is hard enough as it is - we don't need more stress at work (seriously) - Being able to deal directly with kids, who are the most innocent & bubbly humans in society (who're not looking to deal you any harm when you're not looking) - Seated most, if not ALL the time (who likes standing?) - FULLY air-conditioned environment that is CLEAN and NOT dusty and NOT hot (actually sometimes it might be too cold, so bring a jacket)... - You will be working with mostly pen, paper & laptops, learning the INs and OUTs of customer service & operations management, improving the experiences of our clients, and “levelling up” in your personal experience in dealing with people. - Lastly, we will pay you a GOOD salary because we all need money to survive, don't we?
