Customer Service Assistant

**Job Summary**
This position is responsible to provide a prompt and efficient service and outlines our procedures for handling order / enquiries and monitoring customer feedback.
To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customer.
**Main Job Duties & Responsibilities**.
- Deal directly with customer either by telephone or face to face
- Manage large amount of incoming calls
- Respond to customer inquiry promptly
- Process of orders (Issued invoices/delivery order)
- Able to think fast, find solutions, and respond quickly to customer issues with a polite, emphatic and professional manner
- Able to take an extra mile in customer engagement
- Perform administrative tasks
- Provide support to reception when needed
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department
- Any other duty that might be assigned by supervisor from time to time
**Preferred Skills and work experience**
- Proven track record of customer support experience
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
- Able to work as a team player
- Display trustworthiness and respect
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
**Other Information**
- Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm), Alt Sat (8.30am to 1.00pm)
- Transport provided at Yew Tee MRT station
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month
