**Job Description
I. Strategy Plans and Initiatives:

- Develop strategic perspectives and drive key growth initiatives for TVS Group companies across automotive and other related upstream/downstream segments (e.g. auto ancillary, auto financing, mobility services).
- Evaluate and provide recommendations on ‘Where to Play’ and ‘How to Win’ for priority business initiatives within the Group, with the aim of developing a holistic and actionable strategy blueprint.
- Understand the impact of key strategic areas to formulate a robust growth plan for the company, including opportunity potential, competitive landscape, customer needs, positioning and differentiation strategy, regulatory landscape, market risks, capability gaps and investment requirements, among others.
- Conduct targeted analysis from time to time, to help identify new opportunities for growth (e.g. new product segments, customer groups or target geographies) and craft strategic initiatives required to explore these opportunities.
- Work with senior company executives within the Group, as well as with external consultants (as appropriate) to drive strategy development and execution.

II. Operations Support:

- Help existing business lines understand and solve key operations issues, improve efficiencies and develop best practices.

III. Knowledge Leadership:

- Build global, regional, as well as local market perspectives to understand the impact of upcoming areas defining the future of mobility (e.g. emerging technologies, new business models, changing ecosystem trends, among others).
- Spot, analyse and understand the impact of macro and industry level trends and conduct data-driven analysis to deliver relevant insights on these. Highlight key industry developments for senior management, and understand their impact on the Group’s performance and growth prospects.
- Actively support new business development activities where required, and assist senior management in the preparation of business plans, reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Manage and lead interactions within the Strategy Group as well as with Business leaders from across TVS Group companies.

**Key Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in management consulting or experience working on strategic initiatives in the future mobility, automotive or other aligned sectors such as industrial /consumer products, technology.
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and work on complex problem statements.
- Excellent communication and team skills, with experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic work environment.
