We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and maintain the high standards of service, quality, and ambiance our guests expect.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring that all aspects of the dining experience meet or exceed fine dining standards.
- Manage and schedule the front-of-house staff, including waitstaff, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage restaurant resources efficiently.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure an exceptional level of customer service is provided to all guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and attentive atmosphere that aligns with our fine dining philosophy.
- Build and maintain guest relationships, addressing their preferences and special requests.
- **Staff Development**:

- Recruit, train, and mentor new employees, ensuring they understand and adhere to fine dining service standards.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Create a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
- **Financial Management**:

- Manage restaurant budgets, including cost control and revenue optimization.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Implement effective pricing and promotional strategies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance meet the highest standards.
- Maintain quality control over food and beverage offerings, working closely with the kitchen and bar staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining restaurant, with 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service etiquette, food, and beverage knowledge.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Tertiary education in hospitality or related field is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
