Singapore SINGAPORE TRADE DATA EXCHANGE (SGTRADEX) TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. Full time

As part of IMDA’s Sectoral Transformation Group’s continued efforts to drive digital transformation, you will be part of a new initiative to work with public and private sector to drive development of the SGTraDex for Supply Chain and Logistics ecosystem. SGTraDex is a digital utility that allows business to share data in a trusted and safe manner, thereby allowing and optimising supply chain flow through Singapore. This digital utility will boost supply chain agility, bridge gaps in interoperability, and improve process efficiency.

You will be part of the SGTraDex Technologies Tech leadership team. The Head of Product will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for the planning and execution of the SGTraDex product roadmap by work closely with SGTraDex Services Product team and our internal engineering team.
- Lead the product team
- Define and manage the SGTraDex product roadmap taking into consideration supply chain business landscape, technology trends, and customer feedback
- Oversees and responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog in collaboration with SGTraDex marketing companies eg. SGTraDex Services
- Define the SGTraDex Technologies product feature gating framework and using it to align with SGTraDex Services on what, when and who to build these features
- Measure and manage performance of platform, ensure the SGTraDex product is competitive and meet the needs of stakeholders.
- Work with the finance team on the P&L of the SGTraDex product. Work out charging model to ensure sustainable revenue to cover cost.
- Work with engineering team to optimize feature delivery as per product roadmap and release strategy
- Ensure product team understanding of the business cases and validate proposed solution
