We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Product who will be responsible for end-to-end launch of products. The individual will have product ownership from market assessment to tactical plan execution and feature development.

What you will be doing in short
- Responsible for end-to-end launch of products from Empathisation through to Productization.
- Product ownership from market assessment to tactical plan execution, implementation and feature development and improvement using design thinking, lean and agile principles.
- Oversee and support all stages of product creation including ideation, validation and development.
- Helping identify and drive opportunities within the product vision, roadmap and growth working in partnership with the Commercial, Marketing and Customer Success Departments.
- Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Work with the PM & HOP to manage project status, mitigate risks, and resolve any implementation risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
- Understand and define the external customer experience through workshops and design thinking sessions.
- Identify innovation trends and business opportunities within the market.

What you need to bring along
- Minimum of 4 years’ working experience as a Product Owner, or a similar role in product management
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology

Experience in Atlassian products such as Jira, Confluence, Trello etc
- Certified in AWS Data Analytics and Database Speciality will be an advantage
- Prior experience with a Fintech or start up and a corporate is highly preferable
- A passion to build a great product & be successful with that product in the market
