In this position, you will be responsible to drive product initiatives from inception through to delivery. You will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to create and launch remarkable features and products across crypto and digital assets. You will need to have excellent solution sales and people skills as you will be a part of the Management team at AsiaNext, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. To be a successful Head of Product, you will need to be highly entrepreneurial, having an extensive network of market contacts and have a good understanding of crypto and digital assets. Responsibilities Create and maintain the product portfolio roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind Create strong product propositions and GTM plans Perform market research and analysis Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-create new product and service concepts that align with our GTM strategy Assist the team head in identifying target market segments and developing business and product strategies, building sound business case of all products, which includes defining unique value propositions, identifying target customer segments and distribution partners, conducting opportunity sizing and P&L analysis, etc. Regularly reviewing existing individual product performance and take remedial actions with relevant stakeholders; prepare presentation materials to seek product approvals from Product Committee; plan and conduct product training to internal stakeholders, to facilitate understanding of product knowledge for sales and service. Develop product strategy and roadmap aligned with firm strategy and client/market demand Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Mathematics, Finance, Business / Economics or similar field) Required Skills Strong experience in Crypto (spot and derivatives), digital assets and financial markets trading infrastructure Experienced in managing complex product launches in fast-paced, evolving environments Comfortable working across cross-functional teams including risk, compliance, operations and technology Focused on delivering high-impact, client-centric solutions in regulated markets Who We’re Looking For A Head of Product who combines strategic depth with hands-on execution to shape our product portfolio—commercially minded, data-driven, and adept at influencing at senior levels.
