**About The Role**
As a Procurement **Senior Associate **in **ALPS-NUH Pharmacy Team **, you will be based at National University Hospital (NUH) where the office is located. Working in a team, you will be responsible for the administration process supporting NUH in pharmacy procurement. Through communicating and partnering with our stakeholders, you will create positive impact to healthcare operation for patients' care.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaise with vendors for ordering of contracted items, goods return/exchange for expired/expiring/damaged goods
- Delivery order / invoice verification of goods receipt posting, timely rectification of errors detected
- Rectify issues with problematic invoices/credit note
- Maintain purchasing data and master ordering file, ensure data integrity
- Any other duties as assigned by reporting officer
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or any relevant discipline
- Knowledge in use of Microsoft office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge in use of SAP is preferred, but training will be provided
- Good people skills and able to communicate well
- Experience in pharmaceutical procurement and/or logistic is preferred
