**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervises Bellman to ensure all luggage /items are delivered /collected efficiently through the following actions:

- conducts regular training and daily roll call in regards of Hotel’s product knowledgeand hotel’s vicinity information.
- updates the Bellman Call Sheet and ensures that tasks are delegated in a fair manner.
- deploys bellman (i.e. positioning) in the lobby and driveway area in accordance with operational needs.

2. Performs hotel’s entrance activities that includes:

- traffic control duties and taxi booking at the driveway in the absence of the Doorman.
- ensure cleanliness of the driveway area.
- ensure the driveway is clear of traffic congestions.

3. Assists in the maintenance of lobby cleanliness.

4. Assists security in keeping a lookout for suspicious person or objects.

5. Assists with guest enquires on local tours, places of interests or directional information in the absence of the Concierge.

6. Assists in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of concierge operational equipment e.g. luggage trolleys, taxi queue stands.

7. Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the baggage room and performs monthly audits/ updates on guest’s long term storage items.

8. Updates stock inventory e.g. umbrella and stationary items every end of month and informs Concierge on duty if the balance is running low.

9. Ensures and maintains Bellmen’s grooming standard.

10. Performs other front office duties as and when assigned by Supervisor /Manager.

**Requirements**:
1. To be able to speak and write simple English.

2. Ability to speak a second language and local dialects will be advantageous.

3. Prior experience as Bellman will be a plus.

4. Well-groomed and immaculate appearance.

5. Excellent Health and strong physique.

6. Possesses good interpersonal skills and pleasant disposition.

7. Knowledge on Opera PMS System preferred.
