We are looking for a **Marketing Communications Executive **to beef up our marketing activities and platform content. You will be an integral part of our Marketing team, working closely with our co-founders, strategists and media team, participating in all stages of the creative process that will bring campaigns to life. Flat structure, fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture; you start running from Day 1.

**What you will be doing**:
Marketing
- Support the Marketing Communications team to execute the annual marketing plan.
- Support the development and execution of unique and differentiated campaigns and packages that articulate our experiences, product launches, promotions to drive brand awareness, demand generation and conversion.
- Develop editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms while ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives.
- Identify and manage Key Opinion Leaders through curating attractive press kits in line with campaigns, generating KOLs performance reports and ensuring a healthy partnership with all parties.
- Build a community of influencers and ambassadors for the word-of-mouth marketing impact.
- Support marketing activities including but not limited to preparing / presenting presentations, creating social media content, responding to reviews and coordinating / conducting media inspections and food tastings.
- Partner with external stakeholders to explore future business collaborations including new concepts and channels.
- Handle media enquiry and daily correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform any other tasks as required by the commercial leaders to support changes in business needs.
- Conduct market competitor analysis and share reports on market trends, supply and maximise compatibility with public relation opportunities.
- Ensure timely reporting and review of campaign performance with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate tracking of marketing expenses.
Content Generation & Management
- Develop and execute compelling content, including but not limited to copywriting and creative production, across online and offline touchpoints (e.g. social media, website, EDMs, customer-facing collaterals) while ensuring adherence to brand voice and standards.
- Manage all social media platforms, curate daily content as well as community management of all customer queries and feedback, redirecting it to the necessary departments where applicable
- Produce informative and engaging copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines.
- Develop inspiring creative briefs, guide creative directions, and collaborate with the design team to meet objectives of all advertising and public-facing communications, including outdoor, print, digital, and video assets.
- Ensure the company has appropriate marketing content including up to date media list, press kits, collateral, brochures and all matters relating to Marketing Communications.
- Assist and where required to lead on-site photo shoots and food filming.
- Perform basic food styling and propose creative ideas to enhance food photography and overall campaign visuals.
- Manage the company’s database for promotional activities and maintaining the company’s media & assets library, including videos and press coverage archives.
Website Management & Optimisation
- Custodian of brand websites, ensuring frequent audits and hygiene content maintenance so that information is accurate, relevant and exciting for the intended audience.
- Improve User Interface and Experience on our e-store including general maintenance, keeping the website up-to-date with campaigns and exploring the use of new/better apps/plug-ins
