**_Technical Product Manager_**:

- who will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of a large portfolio of technical products(API, data, tooling, platform) by understanding business requirements, driving technology trends, strategic decision-making, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders, building competitive products. This role will report into the Head of Engineering and will be crucial in shaping the future of climate-tech SaaS/PaaS products._

**In this role you will**:

- Working with product management to define business strategy, requirements and timelines.
- Leading multiple cross-functional development teams through design, delivery, and management and support.
- Regularly communicating with senior management on progress, risks and change control.
- Help drive an agile delivery mindset within the team.
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Understand, research, and follow technical trends in the industry and in general. Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
- Follow competitors and conduct capability analysis regularly.
- Provide internal and customer training on how to use the product.
- Answer incoming questions about the product and its capabilities.
- Assess and address technical risks.
- Understand and analyse data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems.
- Coordinate beta tests.
- Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.

**You should have**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the STEM field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or Solution Architect building SaaS/PaaS products and driving the adoption of these products.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with design, architecture, engineering and operations to deliver customer facing features.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing roadmaps, priorities, features, story outlines, writing user stories, refining product backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements in a fast-paced, changing environment with a variety of stakeholders.
- Industry experience in a technology environment with a record of successfully delivering complex data-driven products and building data platforms.
- Deep competence in front-end, back-end, database, AI/ML technologies.
- Worked on building the Data Platform / Data ingestion, Data wrangling and analytics.
- Worked on building AI / ML platform
- Good understanding of the Data stack & Analytics stack.
- Deep competence in architectural design and building customer data platforms with real-time and batch data.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong decision-maker and ability to help teams achieve shared goals.
- Strong track record of establishing and owing product/program strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience with agile software development methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in communi
