Billing Assistant

**Main Job duties & Responsibilities**
- To conduct billing with great accuracy
- To create & issue invoices to customers
- Prepare account statement for customers
- Follow up on outstanding payment
- Answer & directs phone calls
- Liaise with clients
- Handle client accounts
- Scanning of documents
- Filing of documents and ensuring good organisation of these documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- To highlight to supervisor on any problems encountered in the course of their duties
- Comply with company policies and guidelines
**Job Requirements**
- Meticulous
- Able to work in a fast-paced business
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in MYOB is required
**Working Hours**
- 5.5 day work week
- Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
- Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm
**Work Location**
- Work Location: 8 Tuas South Street 11
- Nearest MRT: Tuas Crescent
- Company Transport is provided from Gul Circle MRT
