Admin & Office Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for an Admin & Office Executive to join our busy and friendly team in Singapore. We are looking for a motivated self-starter to provide office and travel management support to the team, whilst also being responsible for the daily office activities to ensure things runs smoothly.
You shall carry out the following job responsibilities with due diligence and to the best of your skills and knowledge; and comply with any reasonable instructions given to you by the Company in relation to your employment.
Your role is to provide administration and operational support to the staffs but not limiting to the followings:
- Office Maintenance
- Facility Management
- Organise Staff Engagement Activities
- Expenses claims and credit card reconciliation
- Provide adminstrative suppor to the Office Manager/Executive Assistance Any ad hoc projects and/or tasks assigned by the management
Requirement
- Preferably diploma of Business Administration/ Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant corporate executive experience in similar industry serving the senior management preferred.
- Resourceful, disciplined, organized, committed and multitasked.
- Ability to work independently, with integrity, confidentiality, maturity and within deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, coordinating and problem-solving skills.
