**12 Months Contract Role
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist Order Administration Manager in order administration tasks
- Undertake routine administrative procedures and customer services functions to assist the Operations Team to achieve growth objective
- Maintain customer order file
- Order entry
- Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, shipments
- Transfer of orders, invoices and checking and ensure accuracy of data in the system
- Direct shipment orders and sales entry
- Generate shipping instruction to third party warehouse (Zuellig), prepare shipping
- invoices and packing lists
- Liaise with Zuellig, freight forwarder and customers on shipping issues
- Assist to compute sales reports
- File and maintain records of documents
- Product complaints data entry, information update, summary report
- Conduct yearly stock take, GDPMDS internal audit together with GC team
- General administration relating to order administration
**Requirements**:
- 2 years in shipping or logistic
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot Table)
- Good communication skills
- Detail-oriented
- Highly organized & reliable
- Able to work in fast-paced environment & possess good writing skills
