**Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)**:

- Lead and supervise service crew to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to restaurant policies and procedures.
- Train new and current staff members to improve their skills and knowledge. Monitor their performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean and hygiene, and that all health and safety regulations are being followed.
- Address customer feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Monitor and report on customer satisfaction levels to upper management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared and delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- Assist the Assistant Manager in inventory management, including monitoring levels and placing orders as necessary.
- Deputies in the absence of the manager
- To work closely and cultivate strong teamwork with all colleagues and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures
- Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviors)**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B, including experience in a supervisor or leadership role
- Willing to commit on weekends and public holidays
- Strict sense of hygiene and safety standards
- Leads by example and sets a high standard of performance for the service crew
- Exceptional communication skills
