About Trust & Safety
As one of the safety team members for AIGC & Vertical Search Safety, you will have the opportunity to own and drive the safety features and strategies for our short video platform, ensuring our platform is safe for our global community. You will work closely with policy leaders, program managers, engineers, and data scientists around the world to design comprehensive strategies and plans. Your work will help us analyze and identify risks, own designing features, working with engineering to build them, testing and rolling out solutions, then continuing to monitor and improve them after they ship, keeping our users safe as new threats and opportunities evolve.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
What will I be doing?
- Your scope includes the safety of all TikTok Search GPT bot and Vertical Search related features, including GPT bot interaction safety, AIGC search result safety, Photo and Text Search, LIVE Search, etc.
- You will define a safety evaluation roadmap, set metrics to measure effectiveness, and drive cross-functional efforts to achieve success.
- You will analyze and identify risks and leverage in-app product solutions to help the entire business cross-functional teams to know how to measure the risks and lead the evaluation operators.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- You should have product management experience in Consumer-Facing mobile or web internet industries
- You have the ability to identify, analyze and design content risk evaluation process, manage the in-house labeling team and BPO labeller team
- You have good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal; ability to work across time zones and locations

Preferred Qualifications
- You have extensive relevant experience -- in Trust and Safety, integrity, minor safety, fraud detection, or other relevant experience
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role
