As Assistant Director, Communications Research & Analysis, you will lead a team to conduct research and analysis to track the effectiveness of NTUC’s campaigns, and the resonance of key messages. This includes periodic and quick cycle polling, as well as assessment of outcomes, based on issues of concern, policy reactions, etc. Your team’s work provides the fuel to drive the LM narrative, and improve the Workers Compact.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Sensemaking through social media monitoring and mainstream media analysis, using relevant tech/intelligence tools to draw insights
- Developing the structure of an intelligence system to piece together information and insights for strategy input
- Working with stakeholders and relevant government/industry bodies to leverage resources and know-how for more actionable insights
- Providing guidance and building up a team to continuously innovate the research & analysis process and methodology in order to surface the most current issues of concern

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience in research & analysis, preferably in communications, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and analysis tools, and demonstrated ability to draw insights for execution/shape narratives/craft messages.
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal and external stakeholders across all levels.
- Possess the drive to innovate and do things differently and better.
- Passion to serve in a cause-driven organization.
